ABOUT US
Daisy
Speech Pathologist
I've been working as a speech pathologist across the UK and Perth, WA for 12 years.
I love helping children find their voice, build connections and develop the confidence to communicate so they can do the important stuff like going to swimming clubs, birthday parties and sports carnivals!
I have experience supporting children with a range of communication needs, including language delays, autism, global developmental delay, intellectual disability, literacy intervention and speech sound difficulties. I believe the best learning happens when children feel safe, happy and doing something they enjoy.
My approach is play-based, personalised and strengths-focused. I love getting to know each child, discovering what makes them tick and using their interests to create fun, meaningful opportunities for communication.
I also value working closely with parents, educators and other professionals, recognising that communication development happens everywhere – not just in therapy sessions.
When I'm not working, I'm spending time with my husband and daughter, swimming or at the beach.
Jason
Business and Operations
I am a born and bred Perth boy, who loves all things to do with the ocean. I surf, kite surf and am actively involved in our local surf club. I met Daisy a couple of years ago when she convinced me to do a solo Rottnest Channel Swim crossing with her.
I have 20 years experience in the Banking and Finance Industry, so this is very different from my day to day. Through my experience with my daughter I have seen the benefits that therapy can provide. We discovered things we didn't know about each other, brought the family closer together, with life changing outcomes. It is these experiences that I want to be able to provide to other families.
My role is to support Daisy and the other therapists to create a great environment and allow them to focus on achieving positive outcomes for the children and families.
